Like a Second Mission Call, but Not Really

It was definitely less ceremonious than getting a mission call. I was sitting in the library, alone, checking my email. The title of the email said it all, "Interns in the Dominican Republic". That was it, and just like that, I knew where I would be spending my winter semester. I am going to the place of half my genes. In a way, I am going home, and I couldn't be more excited, nervous, terrified, and happy! So I guess I'll probably start blogging more regularly again, I gotta let the world know about my adventure somehow, right?
